By using the newly-created Hotel Carbon Index, Hotelscene can offer its clients the information and ability to build a Preferred Accommodation Programme based on the environmental performance of the properties.
All aspects of our business, including the operational services we supply to clients, are fully committed to the values of our Environmental Policy. In 2006, in order to help us achieve all our environmental aims, we set up a special Green Group, who are responsible for a wealth of measures to make Hotelscene a cleaner, greener operation, to spread environmental messages and targets to all Hotelscene staff. In 2008, Hotelscene achieved the Carbon Trust Standard by demonstrably reducing our carbon footprint.
