Our online booking process is extremely simple and enjoys the highest compliance rate in the industry, typically over 70% (and over 90% for many Clients).

A full service telephone reservation facility is also available. Our office hours are 08.00 to 22.00 Monday to Friday, with emergency cover available outside these hours.

Negotiating the best rates

Of course, we do business with many thousands of hotels in the UK and overseas each year.  However to make sure we can always get access to the best rates we use both GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and we connect directly to key groups. For Example, we have direct booking links with both Premier Inns and Travelodge.

Unlike other Agents we employ ‘Traders’, people with a background in Hotel Management, trained to negotiate the best prices on a last room availability basis.  However we also have access to promotional rates and where these are lower than our negotiated rates these are offered to all our clients.

Furthermore our Auto Re-Book tool constantly checks existing bookings for cheaper rates and re-books existing reservations.

This means we significantly outperform the market in terms of rates paid.  Last year alone we saved our Clients a further 15% against the underlying trend in hotel prices.

Real time, tailored reporting

Our Corporate Account holders enjoy unparallel levels of management information through our real-time reporting suite and desk-top dashboard.

Customer service

But excellent service is just as important to your staff as cost control is for you.   Clients who use our managed service also enjoy the backup of our service team from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Friday to help with bookings and general enquiries.
