Rail Travel

With Hotelscene you can also book your UK rail travel online. Our rail booking solution is fully integrated into our online hotel booking system and Clients find a one stop service particularly convenient and quick. It simplifies the management of what for many companies is the single largest source of combined UK travel expenditure; rail plus hotel.

Centralised invoicing and travel management

When a user has booked a hotel they can go on to arrange train tickets through the same online system.  Their personal details, dates of travel and destination are all pre-completed, making booking tickets extremely quick. 

For corporate account holders our systems are also tailored to reflect their own accounting processes, authorisations and travel policies.  Rather than have to deal with individual expense claims Clients can choose to have their rail expenses invoiced centrally with all of their cost centre codes and authorisations pre-completed. The ability to manage and monitor rail and hotel travel costs through a single system in this way dramatically reduces what can be a major administrative burden.
